No. Every paid wentix.ai plan includes unlimited connected social accounts. You scale by social media API usage, posts, and storage, not by the number of accounts, profiles, or channels you connect.
Can I try wentix.ai before paying?
Yes. The free plan lets you connect social accounts, publish, and test the API without entering payment details. You can upgrade when your usage grows.
How does usage-based billing work?
Plans include monthly post and storage allowances. If you exceed the limits, you can upgrade or talk to us about an Enterprise plan tailored to your usage curve.
Are DMs and automations included?
Yes, in beta on the Pro and Business plans. Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, comment-to-DM private replies, and automations run through the API and the dashboard, and we turn the beta on for each organization while it runs. Pro includes 200 sent DMs and 200 automation runs per connected account each month, Business includes 1,000 and 1,000, and Enterprise limits are set per contract. Incoming messages do not count. The Free plan does not include DMs or automations. During the beta, conversations, messages, and automation run history are kept for 30 days.

Does posting to X cost extra?
X moved its API to a strict pay-per-use model in 2025. Each post made through X's API costs $0.015, and posts containing a link cost $0.20 instead; comments, deletes, analytics reads, and imports carry X's per-use charges too. These are X's own charges, not ours, passed through at cost. All billable X usage is billed from a prepaid credit balance you top up in your dashboard. If your balance runs out, X posts, comments, imports, and post analytics refreshes are refused with instructions to add funds, while other selected platforms continue to publish normally. Your own account metrics (followers, following, post count) stay free.
