Wentix AI provides workflow automation tools allowing authorized creators, agencies, and businesses to upload, schedule, and distribute video and media content to supported social platforms via official APIs.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree and warrant that:

• You own or possess the necessary intellectual property rights and licenses for all content uploaded and published through the service.
• You will not use the service to distribute spam, malware, hate speech, deceptive marketing, or content violating third-party platform community guidelines.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and OAuth authorizations.

4. Third-Party API Platforms

Our service interacts with Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Inc., and Google LLC. You agree to comply with the terms and policies of each platform:

5. Limitation of Liability

You may revoke Wentix AI's access to your social media accounts at any time through your respective platform settings or by requesting account deletion via our Data Deletion page.
